When in doubt about something like this, call the MFG and give them the lot number and they will normally be able to tell you exactly when they were made (and whether the components are corrosive).
BTW: There are rounds of ammunition out there that are older than most ODT members (except me) and they typically perform like new (not like me?!)
Be aware that there are exceptions to that statement, but those are normally restricted to powders and not primers.
