Hey y'all.

I recently scored a little honey hole of a property in north Ga mountains.

I've got 5 acres to play with but I only own two of them with permission to use the other three.

I'm thinking about setting up some trail cams but no clue where to place them or what type to get.Preferably ones with the easiest pic recovery on a low budget if such a thing exists.

There are two natural springs on the property where there are a lot of deer tracks and the top acre near my house looks like their bedding area as I found some piles of deer poop pellets all smashed together in clumps like they've been digesting while bedding.

I have seen them run off almost every time I pulled into the back driveway so obviously a cam will go near their bedding area trails.

Man it's gonna be so nice to be able to hunt in the back yard but I have to do archery only which I got covered with Mr. Excalibur and I don't have to worry about them running far because they will run up a steep hill no matter which way they go.
