Need a good gunsmith around loganville

A Taurus .44 magnum I have came back to me after being loaned to a friend, and the cylinder will not lock in place and the hammer will not go back. Don't really have the patience to tinker with it. If anyone's willing to take a crack at it or has someone good that will, let me know!
