Multiple Listings

I am fairly new to this website. When I enter in a particular firearm in the search box, why does it pull up listings for the same firearm multiple times. What am I missing to filter out this?

Just below the search bar there is a box you can choose to search titles only. I actually think that should be the default.

The listings get sent to the trash pile instead of being deleted immediately for some reason. You have to make sure to check the date ay the top or you'll end up necroing an ad from 2 years ago because the person never marked it as gone. Stuff from years ago still shows up at the end of a search list. The search engine, posting system, and filter all need work in my opinion.
