How do you attache an mp4 video to a thread?

Upload it to one of the storage sites. If the allow anonymous access you can post a link in a thread.

Maybe I should have said "video clip". There are lots of them every day on ODT. They appear to be attachments.
More definitive help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Moose
