Yeah they are not too bad. Ive used them before. Just make sure the person knows what they are doing. Need a drill press and many other tools.

I've put several hundred rounds through this setup on the front sight rail with a '39 91/30 Izzy. Holds 1 -1.5 MOA @ 100 yds. It's not a Leupold but it gets the job done.
