what type of envelope is best for mailing cover sheet and prints to the ATF? what exactly do I mail to the Sheriff? I assume just a copy of my form 1? that the atf sent as a pdf?

I just stuck it in a priority envelope from the post office. It was $8 to ship
You only mail the letter that labeled "CLEO" on the bottom to the sheriff. It will be an attachment in the email you get once you summit your forms.

As far as CLEO copy goes I just forward the email to the Sheriff's Office.

I take my paperwork to FedEx, have them do the rest!
You can always just drop them off at the CLEO office and save some postage, I use a Manila envelope and they just take it
does the ATF email you when a form 1 is complete? I went and checked on a whim...and the form 1 was approved yesterday. I don't know If I am supposed to get an email or not. I saved the form as a pdf and printed it...any recommendations for an engraver in gwinnett? willing to drive further for same day. thanks all.
