Modified CZ thumb safety

Anyone know who carries or could create a thumb safety for a CZ that sits closer to the tang/ backstrap similar to 1911s? Neither Cajun nor CZ Custom have anything. Theirs are just wider.

Because of the pivot point, if you modified the lever to extend rear of the pivot, you would actually have to push up on the back to disengage…..
