  a chuck roast
• ranch dressing mix
• au jus gravy mix
• butter
• jarred pepperoncini peppers
• Put in crock pot cook for 8 hours on low
• It’s very good

Ranch dressing ain't no secret here. I dust the meat in seasoned flour and brown it first. Add 1.5 cups of water to the aus jus mix. Quarter an onion with potatoes and carrots if you like.

• Place the chuck roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
• Sprinkle the ranch and au jus mixes over the top of the roast.
• Add the butter and pepperoncini peppers.
• Place the lid on top and cook over low heat for 8 hours or more.
• I just go by the directions I only use a 1/2 stick butter there will be plenty of stock.
