Are you using the mandrels to achieve a certain neck tension?
I’ve tried the k&m and they work but no better than a quality bushing die w/o expander. The best advice I can give is sort brass and don’t be afraid to kick out anything not the same as the rest of the brass your loading. Crap goes in the die and crap comes out there’s no fixing it. A good lot of sorted brass that is sorted to be all the same as you can get it goes a very long way in repeatable accuracy.
