Are them using people that have to do community service?

Well yes but that's not Macon's fault. Gotta blame the GDOT for that. I've just accepted the fact that it may never be done.

The report stated that he was "Standing" in the road. Maybe he thought he was in Walmart parking lot and talking on the phone.

That and not wearing all black and trying to jaywalk in the dark. 99% of these pedestrian fatalities are black folks wearing black clothes at night, and not using a proper crosswalk that well lit.

And I’ve got neighbors that just sold their house and are excited about their move to Macon.
