Like the title says, im looking for a house in the 160-165k range.im pre approved for 200k. I'm looking for something that'll pass a VA loan inspection. I've been looking for months. I'm getting desperate. (Prayers Appreciated).
Looking in the paulding and surrounding counties.
My lease is up at the end of Feb. Need to get this figured out. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

That's why we left. Got pretty crowded out there. Last time I checked, the cheapest house in EPHS district was 250k

This is not the time to buy. The housing market is over the top with demand and the prices show it. Renew your lease for a year and wait until the housing bubble pops.

The Rent is going up when the lease ends. If I'm gonna be paying out the $$$ then I'd like to have something out of it in the long run.

Can you buy a used pull behind RV and find a camp ground to live on until you figure something better out ?
