Let's see what's on the smokers today!!!

Trout turned out awesome!!! Cold smoked with a smoke tube (apple and hickory) for about 14 hours and then turned on rec tec for 2 hours on low (it was raining and cloudy grill never got over 180). Made a smoked trout dip that was great and saved out a trout just to have. Boiling skin and bones to make a stock for noodle soup with green onions. This is definitely going to be a repeat exercise. Ok. If you do not save all the bones and skin from your smoked fish and make a stock for noodle and vegetable soup out of it you are really missing out. That was fantastic. A little ginger, siracha, salt, green onion, mushrooms, jalapeño, and a pile of fresh herbs from the garden all pho style. Just damn.
