do yourself a favor and loose the aluminum foil
and wrap with Peach/Pink smoking butcher paper
I wish I had seen this earlier!
I had this butt on the smoker since 8 this morning, took it off, re-seasoned, wrapped and into the oven for the rest of the journey. I'm at the stall now. 156° and ain't budging...
