Finished product. They were delicious. Yes I cheated and used a gas grill, you wouldn't be able to tell unless you saw. 2 hours of smoke, wrapped in foil and cooked in the good ol coca cola then pulled out of foil, more rub applied and bark created. I'm gonna be making this again soon.
