palmettomoon likes a big ole spoonful of slaw on his sammach, too.Mustard based vinegar sauce is good (low country style) or NC tomato/vinegar hot pepper for pulled pork. I do like dry ribs but mostly do KC style sauce on them for the last 30 minutes since most folks want that. Sweet Baby Ray's Spicy is about the best out of the bottle for a 'glaze' on your ribs.
