Hey, you wouldn't have access to the ngal pressure pads would you? I got an NGAL through Wills Optics a while back but it didnt come with the pressure pad and he doesnt seem to be able to come across any.
Yes. You got the overall idea. Could easily get into NV around $3-4k. Includes a used Green PVS14, Bump helmet, Decent J Arm and Mount, and a civilian laser (Dbal I2).
Just for cost. A3 is better. Why not the A3? Still trying to sort this all out.
Someone talk me out of a good monocular. I can helmet mount, weapon mount behind my RDS along with a laser/illuminator. Seems like best of both worlds to me along with getting more bang for your buck over goggles. ???
Dang. Wait times are almost as bad as tax stamps.
I was easily making 500yd IPSC target hits with a 10in 556. No laser/illuminator, just my aimpoint T2 and head mounted PVS14.What are the limitations of a helmet mounted PVS14 and rifle mounted laser? Is a 100 yard hit on a stationary coyote easy, hard or unlikely? Is this setup best for tactical use only?
