But this one is from Winchester in 1964.

Some pics of it would show it with the 40mm semi-auto grenade launcher attached on the front end.

Ok, I can't name a specific brand or even the caliber (because there's nothing in the photo that I can use for a size reference)...

but these centerfire bottlenecked rifle cartridges look like .30-06 cases to me,
and they look like they have wax or rubber bullets intended for either less lethal crowd control or, more likely, elementary marksmanship training,

to be single loaded only and manually cycled, to shoot indoors with minimal noise and no lead contamination at distances of 50 to 75 feet.

(Even a wax, rubber, nylon, vinyl, or plastic bullet is accurate enough to reveal major problems with somebody's sight picture or trigger control during close range indoor marksmanship.)
