FN (Browning Patent) model of 1922.
A longer-barreled version of the Model 10 (or 1910). The grip and magazine were also a bit longer to hold a couple more rounds than the 1910 design.

It's the MGV-176 in .22 lr which is full auto in .22 lr. It was a less expensive modern copy of the American 180.
