OK, EmC45, naming just the manufacturer is probably close enough in this instance.
The gun pictured is called a Sterling model 400, Mark II. I think it only came in 380 caliber. They were made for just a few years in the late 1970s and early 80s.

Husqvarna m/40, which was a copy of the Finnish Lahti L-35

The logo on the grips is the Husqvarna logo. There are also a few minor differences in the barrel length and trigger guard that visibly differentiate it from the Lahti.
