Depends on the run. Some I do good for my running stamina, others I'm just having a rough day.

I am talking about step off time. When do you step off?

I was joking with my wife saying this will be the only time I will be above you on a list. My goal is to not let you lap me!

If this is your first one you will learn way more about you and your gear then you ever thought .
You are also only competing against yourself. Have fun don't get caught up on the numbers. Be safe bring water and gobbs of ammo. Your only goal should be to cross the finish line.
