Leg Quarters are on the Smoker

Publix had 10lb bags of leg quarters for $8 and I couldn't help myself. This is what $24 looks like to me. Brined overnight and smoking with hickory.

Man I love those cheap chicken quarter bags. The dark meat is the best anyway.
