Lead exposure from game meat

Personally a worrisome experience for me was eating game-bird and I bit down on lead fragment/shot. So this lead sat in the meat in storage allowing long term exposure and was cooked when the meat was fried on the stove allowing it to permeate the meat more.

Rona got me so that I bite at every lure that's trolled by.

Elemental lead, and it's alloys, are essentially inert, except in certain circumstances not encompassed within the scope of your concern. Long term exposure of the meat to the lead would have had no consequences, nor did frying on the stove allow the lead to permeate the meat more.

Further elemental lead passing through your digestive tract does not stay in the body long enough to do you any harm, unless you have problems you haven't told us about.
