Last minute travel plans

So every year around independence day. We take a trip over the long weekend, last year we went to DC. This year we we're supposed to go to Universal Studios Orlando. However, with COVID-19 the entire Orange County, FL and Universal Studios requires guest to wear a mask. It's not a political thing or a health concern it's merely face masks in 90+ degree heat is too much and we want to go some where else. We were thinking about going to the mountains but most places to camp or cabin are booked. anyone have any last minute vacation ideas for the upcoming long weekend?

I hear that Nashville is currently under siege from the radical leftist. They are attempting to set up an "autonomous zone". I don't think I'd take my family to any big city with the present situation at hand.

Maybe try Murphy NC. See some nature and then go play the slots at the casino.

I'm really surprised those good ole boyz in TN would put up with that crap....I'm pretty sure that was just a one day thing.

Murphy is nice. Check the John C. Campbell School website to see if anything is going on there. if it is operating could work in a weekend course.

Nice cruise to Wuhan china would be nice this time of year.
