Good God I wish I had the money for this!!! If this is the same one that was listed on GON a while back...it looks awesome. I am not into real estate, but it seems like any lake house for that price is a steal...

Saw pics of this a while back on CL. Awesome home and property. Wish it were close enough for me to commute from I'd be all over it.
