Lack of Workers

I've been helping a buddy out at his butcher shop and he has had multiple people no show their first day of work. Reliable help seems to be a rare commodity these days.

There's no federal law on 'domestic terrorism'. Ask yourself why.

I see they have now charged a few with insurrection, odd that it would have taken so long. I also find it odd that a supposed attempt at a forcible change of election results would not include any weapons.

But there is for Terrorism, domestic is only a location. Again this sounds like “talking points” designed to illicit an emotional response. Much like all media including you tube type “content developers”

Man I work my ass off and work with a bunch of lazy phone scrollin sob’s. Between taxes and my tool bill I lose almost 2k a month off the rip. I see what the one guy was saying, most people don’t care about the employees they do have that work hard. So I could see why a lot of people wouldn’t bother to punch a clock.

There are some weapons charges in the subtext of those documents. As you know, a weapon can be anything. And there were some charged with illegal possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm while committing a felony, and some other miscellaneous weapon related charges.

The charges are drawn up when they are arrested and it’s up to the DA to decide which have merits based on the evidence collection period. With that many people, it’ll take time.

What Democrat has ever said just open the borders and let anyone in? As for free handouts, the government gives more handouts to corporations like banks, auto companies, lockheed, fannie mae, and a slew of other massive companies. The pennies the average person receives don't even add up to 1% of what corporations get.

Socialism is an economic concept. Democracy is a political concept. Social programs are not the same as socialism. Every democracy is based on social programs, thus why America was founded on "Democratic socialism". A lot of Republicans can't seem to differentiate (I don't identify as a party by the way).

Taxes are a social program that literally fund the nation. From elementary school and public roads, to the right to be free and vote, are all products of social programs. Without those programs, a democracy becomes a totalitarian dictatorship.

Russia is a federal democratic state. Russia is a federative, law-based state with a republican form of government. The central government retains significant authority, but regional and local governments have an array of power (sound familiar?). In practice, however, it is a dictatorship. The American republican party models their policies after, but refuse to admit it's the same structure as Russia. Getting rid of social programs is the only difference.

The Republican Party is in fact more libertarian and favor laissez-faire style economics. Republicans prefer to let corporations run their course with less regulation; thus, they are the more corporatist party and believe in Reaganomics (trickle-down economics). Republicans rationalize viewpoints by saying deregulation is “necessary for technological progression” or “best for the consumer” or that the “money trickles down to the poor in the long-run”. History has proven that is not how Democracy works and that it cannot work that way. That method leads to Totalitarian rule, with the rich/ powerful politicians being in the pockets of corporations, without any sort of public governance or input from the general public on laws and conduct. At least in America, we have more freedoms than in Russia.

The majority of people on social programs are actually Americans working a minimum of 32 hours/ week. And social programs do benefit the country as a whole. Without it the national GDP would drop, schools would suffer, cost of living would multiple, individual rights would diminish, sole businesses would evaporate and government would dictate everything. Again, take a look at Russia.
well written

Yeh, I mean regardless of where you stand, It's not too hard to figure out why charges take so long.

This isnt Sheriff Thomas taking a disorderly off the street. This is the federal Govt that has both the resources and time to make/build a case.
