This takes about 10 days to two weeks to make but very little actual prep time and all you really need besides the kombucha starter is tea, sugar and water. Juice, fruit, mint, lemon, ginger etc is optional if you want to try different flavors.
Tastes a lot like hard cider. Highly carbonated and mildly alcoholic. I am guessing around 1-1.5% ABV.
Ferment for 7-10 days in sweet tea.
Strain into bottles, add flavor, close tightly and leave on a counter for 3-5 days before refrigerating to stop fermentation.
