Knob Creek Rye

I believe Knob Creek Rye may make the best Manhattan I have ever had.

I prefer my libations either neat or on the rocks. Went through a bottle of Knob Rye (9 year?) in December. Not bad though I prefer Willett or Sazerac for my ryes. Of course all bets are off when you mix it.

I got a few snorts of knob creek here while back , not bad at all ! My nephew and i we're sippin on it, put it up . But another dude got into it and slammed all of hit , before the night was through he ran that drunk mouth to a little dude at the camp out -- he had to get plastic surgery on that mouth and cheek that next week . needless to say some people can't handle their booze ......but yea i like the knob creek - smoooooth.
