42 years old and have had 6 Kidney Stones. I was wandering another site a couple years ago and heard several people mention chanca piedra (https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/chanca-piedra#benefits-uses) as a good way to prevent stones and help break them up once you have an active one. I ended up trying this during one of my last stones and within a day it had broke it up into small parts and got it out of my system. Since then I take this on a monthly basis for a few days or whenever I feel like I might have a stone and so far no more stones.

Supposedly it only works on 1 type of stone really good, so depending on the type of stone someone has it might not really help, but it can't hurt to try. My wife's urologist was also surprised my wife knew about this when she recently mentioned it, he said it will work on certain stones also depending on the type it is.
