Details please....
Rubbed and wrapped in plastic wrap overnight. Fired up the Weber kettle using the snake method with a few Hickory chunks placed along the line. Put ribs on at 250 and give them an hour of smoke then spritz with Apple juice/apple cider vinegar ever 30 mins. Total of 3 hours of smoke at 250 then spritz and wrap in foil with some brown sugar and pats of unsalted butter. Go back on wrapped for an hour or so then I unwrap and back on for the last hour.
