Here’s my most recent build. Steel-free unit-no rust stains ever.
15’ overall height, hearth is a 10’ wide, wrap-around with arched log racks on both sides.
Herringbone firebox with full-pattern continuity from the sides to the floor. I cut the top cap from 1,000# of flag stone. Finished weight of the cap is around 500# and had to be set with machinery.

Honestly, it looks terrible and you need a lot more "practice". That being said, I have a perfect place for you to "practice" on another one......and of course i wont charge you much for using it......for you know "practice". PM me and I'll let you know the address and when you can start "practicing".

Seriously, nice job!!!

Thank you, this will be used for church related youth and group activities.
It was done as a charitable donation.
I will take the constructive criticism to heart and try my best to not disappoint you again! Lol!

Always wondered who the guy was that built chimneys out in the middle of an open country field.

Nice work!
Thanks! He has a big back yard doesn’t he?
