What does the small title underneath my username mean and what makes them change? (for example, mine currently says "Frontiersman")

It means you're new or don't have a lots of posts.. the more you post, the more your numbers go up and that word will change.

It’s all set based on post count. it changes periodically when you reach certain milestones…unless you ask for a personal title
