I feel for you man. Got a guy coming over in the AM hopefully he is buying the boat I have for sale. He is going to the bank before he comes and is driving from Tennessee so it is a pretty good bet he will be leaving with a new to him boat.

Certain aspects of getting old suck. The inability to sleep is apparently one of them. I teach a 50 and over couples Sunday school class, recently asked if anyone had trouble sleeping. Every hand went up.
