I don't want to be a smart alec. I'm not an aficionado. I bought a lower or for my pistol. it is for a rifle and I'm told if I put it on my pistol it will be illegal. I need an offer to go with this lower it's a Ruger lower and I'm probably in it too much I'm told the two bowl together in about 20 seconds. Yours looks brand new and looks just like my Colt. let me know what you take for it cash if I brought you the money today or tomorrow and let me know if you need any 12 gauge shotgun shells 3006 hunting ammo 9 mm steel or 223 steel. I have several thousand rounds of 7.62 by 51 also.

I read this again this is a pistol upper receiver this is what I've already got if I put my standard Ruger stock with it that will make this an illegal carbine will it not? I apologize

Yes, this upper can ONLY be made into a pistol. It can NOT be put on a rifle lower without the proper paperwork.
