This is an early BDA, which was made by Beretta for FN Browning. It is the sister to the Beretta model 84, and they have some interchangeable parts, (grips, mags, internals, etc.). They are a beautiful gun, are both SA & DA. This early model came with either smooth, almost polished wood grips Or the shown Pachmyers. The next generation BDA came in the hard gray plastic cases, almost all with beautiful wood grips. There are barely any changes between generations of this gun. The blued version has the most beautiful ‘almost Colt Python type finish’, and shouldn’t be ignored should you come across one !
I’d love to have this, but just over-extended myself today by finding a BNIB older Beretta at a lgs that’s closing up.
