Alright, I'm getting serious about selling my beautiful Z1000. This bike is a blast to ride through the mountains, very torquey for a 4 cylinder with plenty of HP to do just about anything you need it to. Tasteful and professionally installed aftermarket parts include: Dual Yoshimura exhaust, Yoshimura fender eliminator, radiator guard, German polished aluminum (no glass) bar end mirrors, Vortex levers (the brake is a shorty lever for two fingering, the clutch is a little longer so you can use all 4 fingers for longer pulls like in traffic). The tires each have a few hundred miles on them, you can still see the factory coloring on the tread on the rear. Oil, filter and coolant were changed earlier this year with a couple thousand miles ridden since. I am the second owner of this bike, bought with 1800 miles on the clock. The previous owner dropped it in the driveway, the only cosmetic damage are some scratches on the crank case which I have pictured, otherwise flawless. I am firm on the price as I would rather just keep it, ride it and trade it in next year for something else rather than take less for it (the only reason I'm selling is to buy something with a v-twin, anyways). If you are serious about buying a bike like this then you have probably already seen some of the ridiculous prices other people are asking for less bike. Take a look on CycleTrader at similar models, they're going for thousands more with more mileage, and cheap / poorly installed aftermarket parts, so this really is quite a deal.

*One thing to note, this bike is kept in a Garage that does not experience freezing temperatures. As such, there is no anti-freeze in the coolant, just water and SuperCool water wetter, which does not prevent freezing. If you plan to keep this somewhere that could possibly freeze, you may need to exchange the fluid with something that has anti-freeze.
