When relisting after getting an item gone notification, it puts "item gone " in the title. Sometimes in the listing itself.

Yep, I see it. Thanks for the report.
For now, if you click the "Reopen Listing" button first, then relist, it will not have the "Item Gone:" in the title or the body.
However, I do agree that this is poor and unexpected behavior, since relisting an item should automatically reopen it beforehand. Adding it to the list of fixes.

This one should be fixed now.
