Item Description: This is a very nice J-frame Model 36-1 .38 Special Chief's Special that was shipped out of the factory in Aug., 1973. The stocks match the gun. I'd call this 95%.

The revolver is tight and runs like a new one. It will easily fit in a front pocket of your jeans.

It also has a non-matching blue box that came with it when I got it 10+ years ago. It's a nice solid line blue box (before the Bangor Punta script). Solid line was before the broken line box (it's older than the 36-1).

That's a good looking piece and, I have to tell you, I think your photos really do it justice. I know photographing guns is oddly tough 95% of the time, but you nailed it I'd say

I use a Nikon 4500 that I got on Amazon (my old one finally broke).

I did use my homemade light box. I have found an outside picture on a real cloudy day is much better.
