Item Description: I have new Palmetto State Armory complete PA15 Magpul lowers for $199 plus tax and complete PA15 16" nitrided MLok uppers for $369. Out the door with the makings of a complete rifle for $568 plus tax.
I have Magpul sight sets for $50 and Pmags for $10 with purchase of upper and lower.
I am a home based FFL dealer in the Athens GA area. I cannot travel to make a sale. All sales will be done in my home where a 4473 with background check or GA weapons carry license is required, or shipped to a dealer in your area unless it is an upper or other non regulated item which can be shipped to your door.
