Item Description: Springfield Armory Long Beach Operator. Skinny history is this pistol was designed by Springfield Armory specifically for the Long Beach Police Department and issued to their SWAT team.
Pistol is in incredible shape. Trijicon night sights, checkered mainspring housing, flared magwell, satin black Armory Kote, golf ball G10 grips by 10-8 Performance (exactly as it comes from SA). Springfield hand fits these pistols, and electropencils the underside of the slide with the SN of the fitted grip. Box, docs, two 8rd mags.
They only make 500 or less every two years. It's the only one I've ever laid hands on.
