By now it's been converted. Just take the recovery unit suck all the Freon out and see if it holds a vacuum. Then shoot the 134A back in there. I worked at an Auto Zone in Macon when R12 was phased out and folks were in a panic about conversions being thousands to get done. But it was just panic. I think you might need a new " Orifice Tube" if my memory serves me. But it's not a big deal. Although I'm no A/C guy or mechanic.
But back to topic...the truck is sweet and the paint job really sells it.

Thanks man! It was a fun little project and the paint is surprisingly durable. I bought touch up cans with the original paint but haven't had to use and yet.

I just got a "Project " 94 Dakota back to the shop in Perry. Me and my 13 year old daughter can spend the next 3 years trying to get it right. I just WISH it was 4WD.
