Have you checked with the closest landscape suppliers? I have the truck and dump trailer to do it, but when my customers ask me to do something similar it is almost impossible to do it more cost effectively than just paying the delivery fee. A common one I see is $50 for the first 5-10 miles and then a couple bucks a mile after that.
