They are milking the cow before it goes dry. Why would you invest billions in an industry the feds could eliminate or regulate to the point where it was unprofitable. Get it while you can, I guess. Good thing we all saw this coming for the last two decades isn’t it.

As a business owner, I wouldn't build **** right now. If you're making money, keep making it and hold where you're at. I know I'm pretty risk adverse after getting thrown under the bus at the beginning of the rona. I'm not even going to attempt to rebuild my business until after the next presidential election, if there is a next one.
