Insomnia cures?

I tried a few different things. Some left me dragging and hazy, while others didn't last very long. Those 10mg melatonin aren't quite strong enough. I found these and they've been working well. 1 tablet gives me about 3 hours of sleep so I take 2. And no weird side effects either.
