Increase in PMs/Offers from new members with 0 feedback

Has anyone else noticed an increase in new members with 0 feedback contacting them about items or making offers and then never responding? This has happened quite a few times on my listings over the past couple of days.

People have a lot more time on their hands. A lot of non gun types are suddenly wanting to become gun types.
