Improved AR reaction block

The one in the pics above is the first one we made; the prototype. The ones that are going into production will be anodized, with some other minor changes.

Geissele sells plenty of reaction blocks. This will be similar in price, but vastly improved in performance.

If cost is doable I will be the first in line. I do like gold anodizing. Makes is look like a piece of jewelry. Just a thought. I saw a fixture for pushing sites out of pistol dove tails. It was gold. I wanted it just because of the color. I am still going to buy one. They only cost 85 bucks.

200.00 bucks for the Geissele one. It's doesn't even look half as effective as your guys design.

I always use AeroShell 64 between the two, and still would get clocking.

I find that plain ole wheel bearing grease for this purpose works better than the AeroShell 64 but you seem to know more than anyone. I do like your jig though and would buy it.

The plan is to anodize them in a non-black color, but they won’t be gold.

Green is my color, but we are also looking at clear (silver), blue, and red.

Hell color doesn't matter. Effectiveness is key.

Looks good shep. That clocking has always bothered me, and I have worked on a few techniques to reduce it but its never 100% perfect the first try. This will be a great tool for those willing to invest to do it the best possible way, and for professional builders.
