My mom broke her hip about a month ago and we took her home last week.

She's had some rehab, but with covid with we just prefer a home setting. Dealing with the in-home health care folks can be an adventure as most of the women can't relate to my mom, whose over 80.

Been pretty busy helping her try and recover - it's just a slow process. Takes time to overcome the fear of falling again, to do her therapy and to deal with some arthritis pain. She has lost her independence (for now), which is a big blow to her.

If you could spare a prayer, or two, it would be appreciated.
