How many TRILLIONS is our dumbass in chief planning to spend on "much needed infrastructure improvements"? Please, if I'm wrong tell me, but didn't Obama spend billions on "shovel ready" infrastructure improvements? Didn't he stress how much these were needed back in '09? I do believe we already spent all that taxpayer dough, what happened to all those improvements? Bend over, folks.
