I wanted a Fish TACO

I have been eating a lot of stuff I'm not supposed to with out a Gallbladder. 12 hours on cooking yesterday and I'll am just worn out..So I made taco Tuesday today for lunch, hate to pan fry with butter a seasoning..It will eat!

I scraped some stuff up and made two but could only eat one..Now I have to Vacuum Seal the Smoked Butt.

I use Costco fish sticks air fried till crispy, easy and dang good.
