Costco had a thing of burnt ends that I decided to try. Wasnt a whole lot in there, but man.. If you see them at a costco get some. They were damn good.

Woodstack? you pass by the best on the way here. The ribs at Miller's in Morven beats anything in Valdosta. You can stop and get some ice cream while you're there too!

I was down my Mountain today to get supplies. I went to my Butcher off 282 and picked up more thick bone in pork chops and bacon. I also ordered two pork bellies for the freezer..He will contact me when he has the bellies...I can't wait to try this!!!!!!!! Yum!
